Either way a real person reads it. If you are writing about a specific question, quoting the wording helps us find it fast.

What to expect
We read every message. If you have found something wrong or unclear on the site — a mistaken fact, a confusing explanation, a dead link — that goes to the top of the list and usually gets fixed quickly, because keeping the material accurate is the whole point of what we do.
What we cannot do is act as HSPA. We do not process registrations, we cannot look up your candidate status, and we will not guess at fees, dates, eligibility or your results — those belong to the certifying body.
